If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, or you have a sizing concern, contact HABIT through our brand page with your Order ID, a description of the issue and relevant photos.
We will review the issue and explain the available resolution, eligibility, collection arrangements and any applicable charges before you send an item back. Please contact us before returning an item.
Apart from this, a fixed return window, automatic refund guarantee and free exchange service are not published. Ask HABIT about the applicable arrangements when confirming your order, before dispatch.
Use the size and measurement information for the collection you are ordering. Ask HABIT about missing measurements or fit concerns before ordering; do not apply another collection’s size chart. For a correction or cancellation before dispatch, contact us with your Order ID.
